BYUH Counseling Services
All services are offered for free to all full-time BYUH students and their dependents.
- Brief individual, couple, family, and group counseling
- Crisis support, outreach and early intervention services

Tailored Programs for Specialized Needs
- Unique mental health services are available for:
- Married or engaged couples (Seven Principles)
- Single students wanting to develop relationship skills (Dating)
- Students who are grieving (Grief Group)
- Students who are looking to ground themselves (Rooted Garden Therapy)
- A group for mothers—expecting, new, or seasoned. (Mothers Support Group)
- A group for men (Men’s Self-Improvement)
- A process group for LGBTQ+ Students (Reconciling Faith and Sexuality)
Therapy Assistance Online (TAO)
- Access free self-help resources including guided meditations, mental health tips, interactive workshops, and mental health screenings.

Faculty and Staff Supporting BYUH Students
- Request mental health presentations for your class or department to foster a supportive environment for your students.
- QPR Suicide Prevention Workshops are open to all staff and faculty members as well as students to learn the warning signs and confidently intervene in crisis. Click here to sign up for training.
