Wise Mind

Do you often feel overwhelmed or confused about your feelings? You may even find it difficult to stay present in your life or to tolerate these stressful feelings. Is it hard to balance your needs with the needs of others? Then Wise Mind, a DBT life skills group may be right for you! In this psychoeducational therapy group, participants will learn strategies and tools to manage stress, frustration, crisis, and skills for effective relationships.
